  The Holy Moly! Mud Run is designed so anyone can enjoy participating—the obstacle course athlete, the weekend mud warrior, and the recreational fun runner. You will need some upper and lower body strength to complete all the obstacles, but there are detours around all obstacles so you can skip those that intimidate you. You can run for time or just take your time completing the course.
