These are great tires if you are looking for a 22/23 setup and are competitive.
Awesome bike & a real head-turner
I love this shoe. I'll never buy another brand again and I highly recommend that you give Brooks a try.
A great product for those of us training on a budget! I would highly recommend CycleOps products for their outstanding quality.
usually I end up have to buy new shoes for running around 250 miles due to onset of soreness or injury, but these shoes just keep plugging along feeling great every run. I am a heavy sweater and these shoes shed that moisture very well. 100% kudo's to this shoes. very happy.
The Polar S1 Foot pod will work with Polar Heart Rate monitors S625X, Polar S725X,Polar RS200 and the Polar RS400. You can track your speed, distance, pace and average speed on your heart rate monitor with the Polar S1 Foot pod. The Polar S1 Foot pod comes with an extra holder fork. The Foot Pod is water resistant to 2 meters.
This is a great product and I would recommend it if you are very serious about training and very tech savory. Otherwise try to find a more basic unit.
The best tool to track your workouts and HR. When combined with the Polar cadence, speed, and foot pod the S625X is the best HRM on the market.
The Polar S625X is like having a performance lab with you on every workout. All the heart rate, running and cycling data you will ever need is available right on your wrist. The S625X delivers continuous running speed without relying on where satellites are positioned. With the optional cycling and power sensors and enhanced training tools like the Polar OwnOptimizer™ recovery test, plus altitude and ascent for route profile, the S625X lets you cross train and put the power of information to work for you.
I used to use a Bell Motivator Trainer but now I have a Kurt Kinetic. My Bell was $90 and for the extra 150 to get the Kurt I got silence. My Bell was really loud and my new trainer is smooth and quiet. It's a darn good buy.
wouldn't recommend because of comfort issue. causes numbness after 1+ riding
I realize that most of the things I complained about on this bike are easily replaceable components, but as I bought it on eBay this was how it came.
Any trainer is priceless during winter months to maintain cycling strength. The quality and durability of this trainer make it seem worth the price.
For a rider serious enough to want to get all their power to the pedals but on a tight enough budget to not splurge for some $400 Sidi's I think they're well worth it.
Great bars for a great value
I would recommend this trainer to anyone - I would definitely shop around, there is a huge discrepancy in pricing of this trainer at different shops and on the internet.
I bought these fins due to a very poor whip kick. Each kick moved me only 6". Using these fins I received immediate feedback on the proper position of my feet during the kick - wrong position gave me no propulsion. These fins resulted in some injury since I have never moved my legs in this manner. My knees and thighs hurt so much after two days use that I took a week off from running and biking. Go slow if you have never attempted the whip kick. These fins are great for the designed purpose - breaststroke.
