arm band and wrist band has very strong velcro. I also attach it to my motorcycle and bike.

Appearance

A little big, but thats ok for ppl that need to see the screen.

Strengths

Very rugged, great price for 100 dollars. VERY accurate!

Weakness

The heart rate monitor needs to be slightly wet under the electrodes before it starts working correctly. There are occasionaly spikes, but you should know what to look for.
