I love the geometry along with a great fit from tribe multisports in Scottsdale az Im sitting pretty
Comfort
long rides are a joy. I can get lost in the workout not frustrated by the bike

haven't needed to yet

I've ridden some tough terrain and all's good

excellent, but I think my bike shop is a big part of that.
Appearance
I still dont know about the canary yellow. Seriously who's Idea was that?
Customer Service
Tribe Multisport in Scottsdale Az has been amazing for support, adjusting for cable stretch etc they are attentive and always supportive
Performance
I love this bike, I will definitely keep it after I upgrade to the next Cervelo. I used to ride specialized but I have a new love-
