"A fantastic entry-mid range bike at a reasonable price."tridantri

Just get on and ride!

Held up for since Oct 2005 without a single problem regarding the frame.

Great.

Carbon forks help to reduce road vibration. A full carbon frame would obviously be the next step up.

Within normal limits obviously. I've successfully ridden it with clip on aerobars.

15,000 + miles so far. Parts of the drive chain have been replaced as would be expected.

At the time when I bought the bike (with Shimano Ultegra groupset) it was probably the best value mid range bike out there. Buying the equivalent Trek now is not such good value I don't think.

Depends on your taste but I like it.

Great for the price. I've beaten plenty of people with far more expensive bikes then this one ;)

Solid construction and a good groupset for the price.

The triple chainset - hard to maintain good shifting. But this was a personal choice given the type of racing I like to do (ie. very hilly).
