Easy to download itunes and purchase songs from it, then just connect the ipod and the songs load up

great quality sound and construction, has enough memory for long bike and runs, Easy to load and remvoe songs or make playlists

Weakness

If bought new would be expensive and need to buy extra armband or some kind of case to protect it from the rain
