"Overall I couldn't be ANY more dissapointed with this product. When I first started using it I fell in love with it. I literally thought this was the best product ever made and couldn't figure out why anyone would use anything else. Well now I know.

They have NO customer service, and their bottle break. ALWAYS. Everytime.

I couldn't imagine being 85 miles into a 100 mile run and having this piece of crap break on you.

If you buy one of these bottles, I'm gonna come take it from you and beat you over the head with it, because you're an idiot.

Yes. I'm an idiot for buying so many of them and not writing this review earlier.

Ease of use

So how hard can a waterbottle be to use right? Well this bottle is no problem. The zipper on the padding is super easy to reach and grab things (Gels) from while on the move.

Quality of Construction

There is not quality to the construction of this total piece of crap. I bought my first bottle about 1.5 years ago and loved them at first. Then I started trail running seriously (almost everyday) and started to trip/fall on a regular basis, which ALL trail runners do. Just do a trail race and you'll know what I'm talking about. Well, now, EVERYTIME I fall this stupid strap on this bottle breaks. Then what you ask?! WELL, you run back with just a bottle and a broken strap. I've been through 6-7 bottles because of this. YES! 6-7. I loved this bottle and was such a die hard fan. Well, NO more. It's piece of crap. If you buy one after reading this you're an idiot.

Fit

This bottle fits like a glove. With the Hydrofoam insulation it's SO comfortable, plus there is a nice soft liner on the pouch that rubs against the top of your hand. Feels fantastic.

EDIT*** it fits ok when it's not BROKEN.

Comfort

I've never been uncomfortable with this bottle. EXCEPT for when I fall and it breaks EVERYTIME.

Adjustability

Nice strong strap that you can loosen or tighten depending on your hand size.

EDIT*** strong strap!?!?!?! WHAT was I thinking. It's a piece of crap. Breaks everytime you fall with it on. Then you're stuck running 15-20 miles with a broken bottle.

Durability

ZERO. NO durability. I've broken every bottle I've had by amphipod. I've broken 6-7 straps and punctured 2-3 bottles so they leak.

Value

I feel it's a bit expensive, but don't let that drive you away. It's WELL worth the purchase!

EDIT**** It's a value if you only buy one. I've bought 8-10 total. NOT worth it. NOT NOT NOT. There is no value here, because your bottle is going to break.

It's LIME GREEN! Doesn't get any better than that. (BUT IT BREAKS)

Customer Service

Well.. after all the problems I had I finally decided to email amphipod and let them know HOW much I actually loved their product and if there was anything they could do for me since I'd bought so many bottles and they all broke. 5 months later and I don't have a response. screw you Amphipod. They have no customer service.

Performance

This bottle basically does the drinking for you. It is SO easy to drink from. When I drink my hand naturally squeezes just a bit and it works out perfectly. I never feel awkward at all.

EDIT***** It works fine when not broken because it's so poorly made/designed.
