"My wife bought it for me and it is still the single best purchase I have made outside of my bike. It has really helped me get the most out of my workouts. I feel lost without it, even if I don't look at it 1/2 the time during a workout. Love my Garmin!"crowny2

Ease of installation

Not hard. Easy to follow the directions.

(5)

Ease of use

Again, easy to use. Very intuitive.

Durability

Lasted 3+ years, over 8000 miles on the bike, 800 miles running and lord knows how many hours doing other stuff. Took a beating and kept on and on, and on.

Value

For it to last as long as it did and then to be able to replace it as cheaply as they did, the value is VERY good.

Customer Service

I'm writing this review primarily because of the customer service. It was outstanding. My original one died after using it for 3+ years, so when I contacted them, they said send it back and they will replace it for $79!!! I sent it back and I got the replacement in 4 days. I was amazed. And thankful.

Strengths

It is very intuitive and extremely helpful for data geeks like me.

Weakness

Still have some issues, primarily in down town areas, keeping the signal. But that is fairly minimal since I run in a high rise area very rarely.
