"This Amphipod RunLite™ 2+ Hydration Belt was far-and-away the best system that I tried. I will continue to use this and other Amphipod products because of the quality and versatility."bigpapajon

This is a great hydration belt! The snap-in bottles are a big improvement over the sleeve/strap options offered by other manufacturers. The bottles have great big open mouths, making it very easy to fill.

It's obvious that high-quality materials went into this system. Great stitching, look, and feel.

Probably the best thing about this belt is the fit. The 2" wide belt is much more comfortable than the skinny belts of some competitors' systems. For me, being a Clydesdale, it offered much more stability for the run. In addition, it extends up to a 46" waist and the front velcro closure is very sturdy.

(5)

No bounce. Very Comfortable. As I said, the wide belt REALLY helps.

Size: Top-notch! Sliding adjustment allows for large belt sizing, while the velcro closure allows for fine-tuning.
Bottles: This is the true hallmark of this system. You can mount the bottles right-side up, sideways, or up-side down (if you want). You can slide them on the belt to find the perfect set-up. For me, on their side with one above each "cheek" is the best setup.
Pouch: This slides wherever you want it. Great little pouch, too.

You can also take off as little or as much as you want. You can wear it as a race number belt (with $8 attachments) and no bottles/pouches, or you can load it up with extra bottles and pouches for an extended trail/road run.

(5)

The belt, bottles, mounts, and pouch all still look brand new, even with repeated summer-sun use.

(4)

Can't really give it a $5 because of it's >$30 price. However, value is about staying power and use. The use is there; I'll let you know in 10 years about the staying power.

(5)

Looks great. The black belt/accesories are stealthy and the bright yellow-green bottles allow for some good visability for others.

(5)

I've called twice with questions about this and other products and the service has been TOP notch.

(5)

So far, so good. No leaks, breaks, or failures.

(1) Versatility of bottle/pouch setup
(2) Personalization with add-ons (pouches, gel flasks, race number holders, add'l bottles, etc)
(3) Durable, sturdy belt

(1) Ability to purchase a larger belt would be nice for some Clydesdale/Athena athletes
