"I have the 6" women's tri shorts. I trained exclusively in these shorts all last year, meaning they were usually worn 4-5 days a week, including pool swims 1-2 times a week, for much of the year. They have held up well to all of the training and washing, I have not had any problems with the construction. The leg hems are very comfortable, but stay put, I never have to mess with them. The pockets on the side are convenient for holding a car key, tube of chapstick, my phone or a small snack. I liked them so well I bought another pair so I have two to alternate this year. Quality of Construction

The shorts themselves have held up well, the only problem has been the reflective details peeling off, and I think that may be because I do a lot of pool swimming

Fit

The sizing has been consistent across the two pairs I bought. I'm 5'6", 130 pounds and wear the medium

Comfort

The shorts are very comfortable for long periods of time. I wore them for all of my training, two triathlons and marathon last year. Never had to re-adjust them.

Adjustability

While the waist fits fine by itself, there is also a drawstring so you can tie it tighter if needed.

Durability

Aside from the reflective details, the shorts have held up well to frequent use and washing. I usually hang them to dry, but they accidentally ended up in the dryer several times and still held up.

I have seen good deals on Amazon and REI.com for some of the colors. I have definitely gotten my money's worth out of these shorts.

Appearance

I like that main part of the shorts are black, but you have the option of bright highlight colors if you want them

Performance

These have been great in races, I never have to think about them or mess with them.

Strengths

Have held up well to frequent wearing/washing, even with all of my swims happening in the pool. Leg hems are very comfortable, but stay put.

Weakness

Reflective details have peeled off.
