Just pop in the CD and follow the on-screen guide.

(4)

Didn't really need the instruction book.

(3)

Its certainly big enough to look indestructible.

(2)

Kind of bulky.

(3)

Just need to wear it so that it sits on the inside of your wrist.

(4)

So far no problems or glitches.

(3)

The new Forerunner 405 is much more sleek.

(4)

Takes a few minutes for it to acquire the signal.

Out in the open, it does all that the company says.

Indoors the heart rate monitor sometimes loses it's connection and it takes a while for it to acquire a signal (gives you time to stretch).
