"Great intro bike for a potential competitor. A friend told me, you can buy a Trek 1000 now and want to upgrade it in a year, or you can spend a little more and get a 1500 now and you'll be happy for the long run. "berlinsd

Very good. No problems at all.

Very good. LBS fit me.

No problems with comfort. It's not bad to have some long time in the saddle.

First real bike I've owned. I can adjust it so much easier than anything I've used before.

No problems here.

#1. You get a lot of bang for your buck. Great components for a reasonable price.

She's pretty. Red, white, and blue.

No problems. I've competed and ridden with her.

I'm a newbie and she's a good bike to me.

You always want more. I wish I would have gotten a tri bike, but that is no dig on the 1500. Perhaps I could have used a double chain ring rather than a triple. I never use the smallest ring.
