Used product for : 2 years 6 months
Ease of installation :
Very easy to install. Comes with an aluminum mounting bracket that clamps on to the rear seat rails. An allen wrench is all that is needed.
Ease of use :
It doesn't get any easier. The bottle holds 64 oz which takes me for 2 1/2 - 3 hrs between refills. I typically will fill the bottle with ice and water and save my water bottles for my sports drinks or diluted gels.
Quality of Construction :
It has been a very sturdy piece of equipment and I have not taken it off my bike in 2 years except to clean.
Fit :
It fits on most seats. I just started using the Adamo saddle and the seat rails on that seat put the NeverReach at a slight angle. It actually works out nicely because I don't hit the bottle with my leg during transition.
Comfort : N/A
No reaching, never a need to get out of aero, large enough to go for a few hours ....... I'd say it's comfortable.
Adjustability :
There are a few holes on the mounting bracket to adjust for different saddles.
Durability :
I haven't taken the bottle off my bike in over 2 years except to clean and it's holding up great!!
Value :
$89.00 seemed like a lot of money but for how much I have used it I think it was a great investment.
Appearance :
Personally, I like the way it looks. I have gotten mixed reactions from other riders. It is definitely a conversation piece.
Customer Service :
Customer service has been great.
Performance :
I used the refill cap last year at IMWI that allows you to refill on the fly and it worked flawlessly. Other than grabbing the bottle I did not need to get out of aero position to refill the bottle and found it surprisingly easy to reach behind the seat.

Strengths

It's great to have 2 liters of fluid in one bottle. The straw in front of you is a constant reminder to keep drinking. It mounts very solidly to the rear seat rails.

I have used the product in all my races from sprints to IM distances. I only put 20 oz or so in the bottle for shorter races and fill it up for HIM and IM races.

Weaknesses

It can be a bit cumbersome to clean if you use sports drinks in it. It takes about 5 minutes to disassemble and reassemble the unit to clean.

You can feel the weight of the bottle if you have any steep climbs in the beginning of a long ride. After all, it is 3.5 lbs of fluid.

Summary

I love this product. It attracts a lot of attention from other riders and it has been great on my long rides.

After using the unit for 2 seasons NeverReach has been kind enough to sponsor me. This has not influenced my opinion of the product, I honestly believe this is a great product or I wouldn't have contacted NeverReach with a request for sponsorship.
