Run
Comments: Bladder was full right from the start, and knew it would bother me later on. Stopped at a porta-potty after mile 2, took lie 10 seconds to wait for one, and seemed like 40 seconds emptying full bladder. Met Adam on the course as soon as I exited, ran with him a few miles. Walked .05m at 5,10,12,14, and every mile after. Extra at never-ending hill at mile 10. Met Lou around mile 17.5. Ran with him on&off for a couple miles. Had a Yeungling at mile 19. Pretty burpy for the next couple miles. After the Conshohocken turn around right before mile 20, was mostly downhill/fat, except slight uphill approaching art museum. Legs were feeling beat last half. Figured it was last race of the year, so just sucked it up and pushed thru. Runner's knee pain there last 20 miles or so. Took 1 Alleve at home, 1 in start corral, 1 at m5, 10, and 20 (I think). What would you do differently?: find somewhere to pee before start. Post race
Warm down: light stretching, walk to car. What limited your ability to perform faster: pee break, not recovered for 5 previous marathons th 57 previous days! Last updated: 2013-05-10 12:00 AM

Woke at 4:30, aquaphored everything, dressed, stopped at Wawa for coffee and banana. Only partial loaded race day boost, 1xday for 3 days. Took powerbar gel with caffeine 15 min before start. Took 4 anti-fatigue caps and 3 enduralytes 1 hour before. Took Marathon Maniac pic in fron of Rocky, then headed to corral, where it was to sparse to try to pee in my coffee cup under my sweatpants, and too warm for a trashbag, so I didn't pee right before race, which cost me 1 minute for a pee breadk after mile 2.
light stretching. Wore runner's knee strap on both knees.
