great swim, didn't over exert myself, just cruised it. felt great, stayed on a swimmer feet almost the entire time, while we snaked our way through the two waves ahead of us...

ended up in a passing battle with a 30year old, we must have passed each other 8-10 times

my tri bike is on the way, i could have used a 10 cog cassett on the back, just couldn't find the right gear for the false flat

again, getting there...pretty much a minute improvement over onionman two weeks ago. still would like to get faster, i hate getting run down and getting 4th in the AG. (but the guy ran a 37, so not much i could have done)

not too much, pretty decent run

im super happy with this result, third olympic ive done, and another PR (over 6 minutes this time)
