Started off really fast pasing 3 people before finishing my first lap. Tired out towards the end. Was passed by a husky lady and told she did great job while we tranisitioned

After the transition from bike to run my back started to hurt and I was wondering if my back pain was going to make me walk. About a mile later everything was great and I encouraged fellow runners as I passed them.
What would you do differently?:

Run a little harder after my back felt better

I will do this one again for the money and proximity to my home it can't be beat. Well organized ;)
