Pre-race routine:

Woke up @ 3:45, started right away on water. Ate a protein bar & an orange. 5:30 ate a banana. 6:45 ate another orange. Killed a GU gel @ 7:00 and 7:30. Hit the pool about 8:10 or so.

Pick it up just a little bit. Kept my warmup suit on til i got in the pool!

Got to my bike and it had fallen over. All my Gatorade had leaked out of my aero bottle except about 6-8 ounces.

put my bike on the fence, racks sucked!
