Get a different bike and train harder. only trained for 5 wks or so.

I was soooo tired. I had been sick for almost a month. no stanima. This was much harder than I thought. Walked alot. It was very tough.
What would you do differently?:

Train more. Get in better shape. I have continued to loose weight and I belive that it will help make running easier.

Being fat and sick. Competed at around 240lbs.

Event comments:

This was the first time they used micro chip. wish they would have done better keeping trank of Transitions. I will do better on my next race.

Course: Flat, Slightly downhill for first 2 miles, uphill for 7 miles, then down hill for 1. We had to ride in a parking lot for a decent distance. maybe 1/2 mile. Relly slow. had speed bumps to navigate. Also did this race on my mountian bike. SLOoooWW
