Event comments:

Not CG Parks fault that CEP Timing had computer issues!!! No biggie! Definately felt this was my best race to date. Felt I pushed as hard as I could. Felt these last handful of races being as challenging as they were helped me with this race from an effort level. Shaved 6:22 off my total time from last year!

ran my hr at 165 the whole way, wasn't sure after the 1st 1/2 if I could maintain that but I just gave myself no choice!
Wind: None
Course: Was a loop, went right in front of our old place, hadn't been by there since my dad passed away, I got suprisingly emotional and allowed it to help me finish the last 1.5 mile of the bike ride. Cox Rd. was a bit rougher than I thought it would be considering it was just repaved in the last few months. Thought I had a flat!
