Comments:

My legs felt good; the best they had in weeks. Didn't have any aches or pains to complain about. Stayed w/ the 1:50 pace group through the first half of the race when I realized I wasn't going to be able to stay w/ them the whole race. I assume it was the heat - temp was in the low 70s at the start and approaching 80 at the end. About 15 degrees warmer than normal. The last 5 miles included walk breaks.
What would you do differently?:

Not knowing how the heat would affect me, I probably should've taken a slower pace the first half of the race. But overall, I'm not disappointed with my results.
Post race
Warm down:

Ate, drank and rested 10 minutes. Stretched, then 15 minute walk back to the car.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Probably would just need to get more training miles in. Avoiding injuries during training would help!

Event comments:

Although I didn't make my goal time, I feel pretty good about my performance, given this was my first half marathon.

Course: Everything is relative, but I considered it a fairly flat course, save one hill around mile 3. Good support on the course; water/gatorade about every 2 miles.
