Ate well the night before, got situated at the hotel, and started Hydrating!

Dynamic warm ups - nothing major, trying to save as much energy for the race as possible!

Walls on flip turns were a little slick. Wasn't expecting tile.
What would you do differently?:

Practice turning under the lane line and passing in the small lane ahead of time.

I need more practice getting clipped in under pressure. I'm not stable enough on the bike to even think about having my shoes clipped in already.

Just needs more work. Gotta hit the road more often!

WAlked a little , stretched a little, and strecthed some more later after I got more fluids in me.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Training, need to get more time in!

I really liked this race, and I will hopefully plan on doing it again next year!
