This is my strongest portion. I felt good during the swim. No problems at the start, a little crowded at the buoys, overall a good swim.

I am not a strong cyclist. Overall, I did ok and this is a good result for me. I felt a little fatigued on the hills.

Tried to be careful on the wet pavement.

I felt very tired and a little heavy legged during the run. I was hoping for about 22 - a little disappointed in my run.
What would you do differently?:

Not sure - I was just a little tired. Possibly rest more prior to the event, better tapering.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of bike power, slight fatigue during the run.

Event comments:

Great race, beautiful venue. I will be back, probably attempt the international next year.
