Good. A little tough to get moving this morning. Felt better halfway through. I wanted to PR and meet my goal of 1:55

What would you do differently?:

Warm-up a little more and taper better

Warm down:

Walk it off and stetch while waiting for wife and friends to finish.

Event comments:

The shuttle issue at the end of race is not ideal. Waited too long in the cold for a ride back to start.
