Had a very rough 1st mile, especially 1/4 to 3/4 mile. Felt better after that.

Practice transitions, and swimming.

Event comments:

The staggered start times screwed up their timing. They were unorganized with figuring out times after the 45 minutes of staggered starting. Everyone's watches were 30 seconds to 2 minutes off actual time.
