First 150 meters was NUTS!! People going every direction possible made it difficult to get into a rhythm.

Start further back in the wave so I don't get caught up in the fray.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Raced the prior week and not completely rested. Also, limited training on hills hindered my performance.

It's a women's only event - what else is there to say. Excellent event geared toward women.
