Was OK for the first 2 1/2 Hours. Started losing time. Got very hot.
Crashed bike and started cornering poorly. Recovered and did a resectiable split, but not great

Start a bit easier maybe. Work with a powermeter

It would be perfect if the run course was better and if there was ICE on the run course.
