  • Comments: This was my first 5k I have ever done. I came in 5th in my age group. Good thing my mom and dad finished before me so they could come back and cheer me on. They actully did come back and cheer me on. What good parents! I could not have done this race if it wasn't for some people. They all cheered for me. People who were running and also a lot of people who were hanging out. I felt really good when I was done. I had a lot of fun. I walked quit a lot. I also talked a little to much witch made me slower because I had to stop to catch my breath. I was talking to a guy named Bill. He ran with me. He is a good friend of my moms. I am hoping to do this race next year and beat my time. It was a great race!
