  • Comments: the timing and amount of water wasn't their fault given the rain and the switch to a duathlon, I think tri the Parks do a great job.

  • Comments: After the race, my wife and I met up with HD, his wife, and RG at Mellow Mushroom for a nice post race lunch. Things to do: (1) stay the course with swimming, start mixing in speed training (2) more saddle time (3) take my run pace to the next level (sub 7 tri pace) (4) more trans practice

  • Comments: (Admittedly, my first race.) Excellent race. Well organized. The volunteers were very encouraging, and that was a tremendous boost whenever I was struggling a bit. The particicpants were competitive, but friendly. Except for the hills on the run, the course was great.

  • Comments: BlueSky always hosts a great race at the Tri the Parks series. Very fun and enjoyable.
