  • Comments: Race started about 10 minutes late. Pizza/hot dogs at the end was a nice treat. However,you had to wait in line for 20 minutes to get the food. That was not good.

  • Comments: Really enjoyed this race. Water was clear. Bike was short but challenging (minus the hillbillies that decieded it was a good idea to drive 20mph down the road where cyclists were going 20+mph and having to pass them on double yellows). Everything in thier control was top notch. Would do this race again (but maybe camp the night before). This was a great tuneup for White Lake HIM in two weeks.

  • Comments: Extremely well run race. Very professional. Can't say enough about SetUp Events. Doing three more of their races this year. Should be fun.

  • Comments: 1. The swim is a little long so don't panic if your times are slower than you'd expect for the distance. 2. The first 5 miles of the bike feel like they are all uphill. At least that's what I wrote in both my race reports 3. The first mile of the run is, pretty much, a long gradual uphill. It hurts! BUT, since it's an out-and-back, the last mile is pretty much down hill. Yay! 4. Nice lake but venue was just OK for a 2 hour drive
