Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: I enjoyed this race, and it fit in well with my training goals for this month. Despite the logistical issues, the volunteers and officials were great - efficient and helpful. I especially enjoyed being able to race directly with my only competitor. This is very much a first time triathlete's race.

Comments: I'm very happy with getting first in my age group and feel like I'm starting to improve. Especially since this was not an A race for me.

Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: This is a really fun race for people of all ages. Good crowd and good volunteers. Having done this race multiple times, we all know that the swim will start 30-60 minutes late, and just figure that in to my day. While it sucks, we all know this and accept it. I would definitely recommend this race to a beginner, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, well put together race.
