  • Comments: This turned out to be a personal record for me! I have never ever run faster than 8:31. I would have rather had a PR at yesterday's 10K, but this makes up for it! I felt SO much better today than yesterday. It seems temperature and humidity level have a big effect on my performance, moreso than tackling hills.
