  • Comments: First AG podium, which is great, but if I was against the average competition I'd be back in the B/MOP. Either way, a nice way to start off the season. While the race is probably too short, everyone is really nice and friendly.

  • Comments: Never thought I would run a FIRM race again, and after this one, I will most likely go back again next year. Not as much because it was that good, but I did this tri as my first one 9 years ago, and would love to PR after 10 years. If I really apply myself, possible contend for a medal. I was about 6 minutes off the podium, but I think my running can get back to the low 9's and the bike up closer to 20. Not sure how much I can improve on the swim as I am very steady there.
