• Comments: Ironman is very expensive, but man do you get your moneys worth. There are so many volunteers and qaulity activities, a great diner and breakfast, they really take care of you.

• Comments: The volunteers were really great. They helped me throughout the day, and I can't believe they stayed out there all day in the wind. It had to be hard for them.

• Comments: doing an Ironman is expensive, both in time and money. I would say it is more than worth it though. The organization and the volunteers are great. Everything that Ironman North America does make it so you have very little to worry about other than race. And the feeling that I had crossing the line made all the hours of training and time away from my family worth the sacrifice. I wish there was an Ironman race in a little closer to home-I'd do it every year.
