  • Comments: I have only done 3 races and this is my third of the year. Open water swim was as chaotic as the rumors. Course was by far the toughest of the three. I was flirting with the idea of doing the Olympic distance for the Captextri but I believe those hopes were dashed. Maybe later in the year for the Olympic distance.

  • Comments: I was stomach sick the day before wasnt feeling good in the morning, almost didnt show up at the race Event wasnt chip timed split times are estimated

  • Comments: This event was not chip-timed!! So no offical splits, just an official overall time. Because it was so small, almost everyone got an award... I received 1st place Grand Master female, but I was 5th female overall out of 16 and the oldest person in the whole race!! I was pretty proud that I beat out all those youngsters, ha ha! Took almost a week for race results to be posted??! Considering there were no splits, it shouldn't have been any different than posting a 5K... kind of frustrating.
