  • Comments: This race was on my birthday. I had been a little disappointed I couldn't do the Olympic distance on my birthday, but the unknown of "no training on vacation" made me glad I only did the Sprint.

  • Comments: Really nice location, lots of volunteer support. Having two separate transition areas was a little stressful, but very nice that they transported all gear from T1 to T2 at end of race. Overall, improved my time by 10 minutes, improved the areas I'd focused on in training, and feel good about progress. Expect to continue to improve next season!!
