  • Comments: I'm happy with it. Ran faster than last year. So I think I controled my pace early on and didn't really bonk or die out in the final miles. Probably try the Marathon next year.

  • Comments: It's a very small scale race/event. The LRC sponsors it. And the director of this years race is a Ironman Triathlete. It's a barebones event, no medals/shirts ect.ect. They did get the marathon course certified and is the final event in the NW that people can use as a BQ. I'm happy with doing it and would do it next year. Still need to shed some weight. Groin and lower abdomen is still a problem.
