Comments: This race was fun with all the neon glowing things, and lots of people to watch and laugh at/with. Like the Color Run, or the Warrior Dash, or any of that type of race, there is a WIDE variety of people there, and many of them are there just for the fun/social aspect (and that's fine--not saying it's bad at all, just pointing out that it's not really a top caliber serious event).
The only thing that bothered me about this race was the fact that since it doesn't start until it gets dark out, there was a LOT of people running into each other, stepping on others, tripping on things, etc. Right near the start, some guy running with two kids in a jogging stroller ran right over my foot/ankle. I'm not gonna lie--it hurt!
For anyone doing this race in the future, my top suggestion is to get in line in the starting corral EARLY... We did not, and there for it was about 9:45 p.m. before we even set foot out on the course. (The first groups were unleashed at 9:00.) And if you're doing this
