  • Comments: There was no food afterward and they didn't have my shirt. They had to send it to me later. Kind of embarrassing, considering these were the "championships". I ate my Clif bar that was in my pocket and drove the four hours back home to Redding. Honestly, if you're going to have post-race food, make it for everyone, not just the 50K and 50 milers. The rest of us half marathoners were hungry too. The best part: I SPOKE TO DEAN KARNAZES. OMG! Karno himself! Damn that man is incredible. BEST PART OF THE WHOLE RACE!
