  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: This was a new location and Omaha had the streets on the bike course very nice, but outside Omaha the roads were very rough. The Carter Lake is nice, but is very murky and warm. The run course provides little to no shade and goes through an industrial section of town so very unwelcoming. The recovery food was good, but there was a serious lack of fluids to recover. The had two water dispensers and one ran out quickly and was not replaced. The other tank lasted about an hour and was not refilled.
