  • Comments: Swim, bike and run in the comfort of the indoors. This event is perfect for serious competitors and beginners alike. Because each wave is timed, pressure on competitors is minimized. The event is conducted in wave s of 5 people, starting with 15 minutes in the pool, followed by 20 minutes on a treadmill, and then 20 minutes on a Keiser indoor cycle. Laps and miles will be recorded for each person and top finishers are calucated by a percentage conversion of the totals. Each wave begins about 25 minutes apart. Snack and refreshments are provided.
