  • Comments: Things I learned today: 1. Fleece-lined tights are the world's greatest invention (next to the iPod) 2. When in doubt, take Ibuprofen. 3. I shouldn't let people get into my head, especially the day before a race. 4. "The Wall" at mile 18 really does exist. Luckily I was able to aviod it. 5. They give you those plastic bags to wear for a reason. Don't throw it away. 6. Ending a 26.2 mile run with a 1-mile up-hill sprint sucks. 7. Finishing a 26.2 mile run is the best feeling in the world!
