  • Comments: since this was my first race i wanted to just have fun so i didn't wear a watch. i have to say that was probably the best decision i made. i was smiling and really enjoying myself during the entire race.

  • Comments: I thought this was a great triathlon. I enjoyed being a part of it. I feel like we got lucky on the weather with unseasonably cool temps. in the 70's, cloud cover and no significant winds during the race. Team Magic did a superb job with organizing this event. The course was clearly marked, well supported and challenging. While still working my way into middle of the pack for my age group, I'm loving triathlon.

  • Comments: Going into the race I was expecting 1:45. I thought I might be able to get to 1:30 if everything went perfectly. I finished at 1:40 so I am not disappointed, but I know I can do a lot better. I have a race in 4 weeks which will be the same basic distance. I am now so motivated to complete it in under 1:30.

  • Comments: I improved 6 spots OA and 2 spots in AG from last year with a larger field. Team Magic is the best...lots of post race food and drink..very well run

  • Comments: Was really happy since 3 weeks prior I had a bad bike wreck and badly sprained my wrist. I had been out of the pool and off the bike up until the week of the race. Still having bad wrist pain but you gotta keep livin'! Great race, will do again next year.

  • Comments: Team Magic put on another great race with awesome volunteers and post race activities. The city of Mcminnville was also in full support . I will definetley do this one agian next year.

  • Comments: Team magic runs very well organized races. The post food a little limited but I am never that hungry anyway. I can't wait to go back to these races next season with a whole year of training under my belt. That is all I can keep thinking to motivate myself when I just rank so stinking low :)
