• Comments: I hung around for much longer than usual. Had 2 PBRs and a burger. Chatted with a few people from the swim clinic and some of their friends. This was probably my best effort at this race, not necessarily the best result, but i'm starting to focus on the transitions more. I'm just going to have to practice to get better at execution.

• Comments: Seemed well run with lots of volunteers. My wife is even considering trying the race. Excellent!
