• Comments: Not a very good day. Was not ready for this race, the last few weeks of training did not go as planned. My conditioning was not there. That's it for this year the season is over. I will take at least a mth off. Until I can get my run under control and bike avg over 30km, I think that I'm going to hold off on Olympic races. In the off season I need to find a good training program for me.

• Comments: A great 1st Olympic for me - beat my dream time, and much stronger on the run than I had any right to expect based on my (minimal) recent training. Guelph Lake Olympic - next June!
