  • Comments: Very well run race (though I felt sorry for the poor guy singing the nation anthem before the race, maybe the worst performance ever).

  • Comments: Awesome event...I highly recommend anyone to try this one out for themselves. It is rough on the half-marathoners (heat and hills is a tough combination), but the 5k and 10k courses were just right.

  • Comments: While I rank this as "too hard", it is nice to say "I ran Hospital Hill". Here in KC, that's worth something. I doubt I'll do the half marathon course again, though. The 10k course last year was a blast.

  • Comments: this is a very hilly race, but it's very fun! I had a blast and I'm so glad my leg held up. I think I will be able to increase my running mileage now, which makes me happy!

  • Comments: A great race! In 2007 they're changing the 12k in to a 10k, so now there is a 5k, 10k, and a 1/2 marathon. It was a little warm outside as it was June in Missouri, and a little humid, but it was fun.
