With some common sense, you can easily customize any BT training plan to better suit your individual schedule.

 
 

What good is a training plan or log if you can't compare the two? This training analysis tool will give you the following reports and graphs to see how well you are progressing - and to make sure you are not OVERDOING your training, one of the biggest mistakes in this sport.

  • Actual vs Planned

    Calendar, week, month and year reports based on difference data. Deficits over a day, week, month or year appear as red. See screenshot.

  • Graphical Analysis
    Graphically see how your actual training compares to your training plan. Spot over/under volume/distance trends easily with 14 graphs. See example swim, run and tri-sports.

  
 

Upon logging your race data, you will have access to several race analyzation graphs to find out your weaknesses. Click on links to see sample graphs.

  • Age Group (AG) ranks. Find where you need to improve upon to boost your AG percentile ranking.
  • Overall ranks. See how you rate per sport in your overall standings.
  • Total Time. Analyze your total times per segments of your races.
  • Pace. See how your pace changes between courses.
  • Transitions. See how you are doing on improving your transition times.

Based on this information, you can better plan on your next season by more appropriately choosing training plans that will focus on your limiters.
