Trek 1.2 Road Bike gear reviews

I love this bike. At this point even if I had the money I would not upgrade. For my skill level (weak); it is perfect.

I am very happy with my first road bike, and will continue to upgrade it with some tri components.

All-around great bike, great price for the product, however, needs some basic improvements mainly the seat.

Good entry level bike for a beginner.

I was comparing this bike to other sub $1000 road bikes because I was training on a borrowed, 1 size to small, old Cannindale. I have committed to several events and wanted to enjoy the events on my very own bike. I went to get fitted at the local shop and they just happen to have this bike in my size. I road it and it felt good. I have now put over 100 miles on it including a 75 mile day and I really like it. Knowing what I know now, I would still buy this bike.

Would not buy a trek again.

Great bike to get back into riding

Good bike. Very happy with it, makes training a lot more fun!

In my research, this bike is the best value in the entry level category. When I go out riding with my roadie biker snob friends I have no trouble keeping up. I would definately reccomend this bike to anyone looking to get into the sport. I was even able to throw a set of aerobars on it and shorten/lower my stem for a more aero position.

would recommend this bike to any one at any level, great starter bike or great winter training bike

i just got the bike for christmas. i enjoy riding it a lot. before i was riding a mountain bike to train on and race. i have already seen a huge difference in speed and comfort from this bike. i added areo bars to the bike which makes it more comfortable to ride. i recommend this bike to anyone that is looking for a good first bike.

Great first bike. I have 1 ride under my belt with it and it was a blast. can;t wait to get back on it in the spring and really work it.
