Ease of use
Good solid bike. Took some getting used to the shifting mechanism, just having gotten back into road biking. Other than that, perfect.
Quality of Construction
Good solid construction. The carbon fork and post make a lot of different in handling and comfort.
Fit
See above. Don't overlook your LBS expertise.
Comfort
Surprisingly good.
Adjustability
haven't needed to yet, but if necessary, confident it won't be a big deal.
Durability
No signs of serious wear yet.
Value
For what i paid, I'm very happy with the purchase. I've put a decent amount of miles on it with no complaints.
Appearance
Had the option of black/red and white/blue, chose the white/blue.
Customer Service
Can't beat Biscari Bros here in Liberty, MO.
Performance
It's the rider, not the bike :-)
Strengths
Carbon fork and post.
Weakness
Drivetrain components are about the only thing that could be improved. But that's for my second bike :-)

Ease of installation
With the LBS guidance, the fit was just right at 56cm. Jumped right on, felt far more comfortable than the OCR I was also looking at.
