  • Comments: Course PB's: 5km run by 1:17 21km cycle by 0:54 2.5km run by 12 secs T1 & T2 are exactly the same as last time Maybe if I didn't have such a lazy winter I could have done better. Oh well, next year.

  • Comments: First race for my 20th season after 18 months off and 4 weeks of some sort of training. I was aiming for 1:25:00 to 1:30:00. So I'm happy!
