• Comments: Great first tri, and got a medal for it! Perfect weather, though the start was a bit chilly. A great experience and ready to do more of them in 2010.

• Comments: It was the best time that I'd had in practices. My bike (which felt awful) was actually a really good pace and better than anything I had done in practices. My run was much slower than I should have been able to do when I consider my practice time. The swim was slower than my practices but still decent for me.
